Healthcare Account Manager
, to join their team in
Nicosia.

Healthcare Account Manager - Ref. (6011/HAM/ESS/CY)

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the key point of contact, the successful candidate will increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products. More specifically, the successful candidate will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Promote and inform healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and appropriate usage of the company's pharmaceutical products.
  • Present scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective strategies for product promotion and growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives while adhering to company policies and compliance regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to the management team.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on medical and scientific developments relevant to the company's product portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting, particularly in PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) and NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing).
  • Experience as a Medical Representative is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of molecular biology and genetics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with doctors and clinical laboratories.
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Proficient in digital skills, including the use of online platforms for client engagement and sales tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
  • Internal motivation and self-discipline to drive performance and achieve goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
