Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be in daily contact with the professionals we partner up with in various Home Services categories, with the purpose of achieving the best possible quality of service for our customers.

To achieve this, you will have to act as their personal coach by monitoring their daily performance and by empowering them to be their best version, leveraging a multitude of quantitative and qualitative data. Think of yourself as a football coach. The data you get, combined with your analysis and your communication skills will enable your Home Services categories to excel.

Compensation: Competitive salary, bonus structure, and benefits package. Annual gross salary for this position: €18,000–24,000.

Requirements

• Fluent in Greek, comfortable with English.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (Excel, dashboards, CRMs).
• Great communicator, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in account management, client-facing roles, or sales support (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar (preferred).
