Join Our Team Office Manager – Limassol
We're a fast-growing fintech company based in sunny Limassol, and we're looking for a friendly and organized Office Manager to help keep things running smoothly
What you'll be doing:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the two offices so everything runs like clockwork.
Taking care of schedules, meeting arrangements, and office logistics.
Helping out with admin tasks and keeping the office organized.
Communicating with the team and external partners.
Handling office supplies and helping the team with various needs.
Making travel and accommodation arrangements for team members when needed.
Manage office supplies and ensure a productive office atmosphere.
Requirements:
Knowledge of English (mandatory), Greek (mandatory), and Russian (optional).
Previous experience in office management or administrative roles (preferably, but not a must).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills with a professional attitude
