Join Our Team Office Manager – Limassol

We're a fast-growing fintech company based in sunny Limassol, and we're looking for a friendly and organized Office Manager to help keep things running smoothly

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the two offices so everything runs like clockwork.

  • Taking care of schedules, meeting arrangements, and office logistics.

  • Helping out with admin tasks and keeping the office organized.

  • Communicating with the team and external partners.

  • Handling office supplies and helping the team with various needs.

  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements for team members when needed.

  • Manage office supplies and ensure a productive office atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English (mandatory), Greek (mandatory), and Russian (optional).

  • Previous experience in office management or administrative roles (preferably, but not a must).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication skills with a professional attitude
