We're looking for aSenior Project Managerwho's ready to jump into this challenge and help us keep the momentum.What you'll be doing:Driving a portfolio of projects within the product team.Balancing requirements from multiple Product Owners and stakeholders.Owning the roadmap and keeping release plans on track.Working closely with developers, QA, and analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions.Turning customer feedback and support reports into actionable improvements.Managing dependencies and mitigating risks before they become blockers.What we're looking for:4+ years of experience in IT project management.Strong background with technically complex products (FinTech, compliance, risk, or transaction monitoring are a big plus).Excellent stakeholder management skills; juggling priorities is your comfort zone.Experience handling risks and dependencies across teams and projects.Solid grasp of Agile: keeping control without unnecessary bureaucracy.Confidence with roadmaps, release planning, and clear communication.Strong command of English.Extra points if you:Have a technical background or hands-on experience in complex, interconnected projects.Bring experience from FinTech, compliance, or risk domains.Have worked with distributed/international teams.What We Offer:Fully remote and flexible working schedule, with access to a coworking space (in some locations).Working with a product that matters.
