continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Back Office Administrator to join our team

Your role at HFM:

  • Process and monitor client
    deposits.
  • Investigate and process client withdrawal requests.Process funds
    transfers.
  • Provide assistance to
    all departments for back office related tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with
    the company's anti-fraud policy by conducting thorough investigations.
  • Request additional
    documentation when needed, communicate with banks and processors and conduct
    any further required investigations.
  • Check KYC documents and
    activate accounts.
  • Assist clients with
    general finance inquiries.
  • Provide daily
    screenshots of payment gateway balances for accounting reconciliation.
  • Reply to all client
    emails regarding account approvals and funding.
  • Report any issues to the
    line Manager.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years'
    experience in a similar role.
  • Good
    command of the English language (oral and written). Any additional language would
    be considered an advantage.
  • Basic Computer
    skills.
  • Experience within
    FX industry/ Funding Operations would be considered an
    advantage.
