Michael Chambers & Co LLC, a prestigious law firm based in Limassol, is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.
This role is pivotal to our operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth administrative functioning. We are dedicated to providing top-quality legal and corporate services, and the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our standards of excellence.
Position Details:
- Employment Type
: Full-time, On-Site (Limassol) - Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 9:00 – 17:00 & Friday, 9:00 – 14:00
Main Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to our corporate team.
· Manage and organise documents, including filing, copying, and scanning legal documents.
· Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
· Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as appropriate.
· Maintain a highly organised, efficient, and effective office environment.
· Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Fluent in English and Greek (both written and spoken).
· Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a happy and positive personality.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·
Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
