Office Administrator
to join our growing team at the Limassol Marina office
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Manage front desk, greet visitors, and handle phone calls
- Liaise with local authorities and coordinate document delivery
- Assist with document preparation and filing
- Handle incoming/outgoing packages
- Support marketing efforts with external agency
- Assist accounting team with basic bookkeeping
- Participate in the
Limassol Boat Show
(once a year)
Working Hours:
- Summer:
Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00, plus 2 Saturdays/month 09:00–13:00 - Winter:
Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Administration or Office Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus
