Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Define and track KPIs depending on the team's activity profile.
  • Build and lead a team of recruiters and sourcers: set goals, allocate tasks, provide training, and ensure motivation.
  • Optimize sourcing, assessment, and hiring processes; implement modern HR technologies and tools.
  • Monitor key metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
  • Organize and oversee recruitment during periods of company growth and scaling.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/Head of Recruitment role.
  • Proven experience in building recruitment processes from scratch or scaling them in fast-growing companies.
  • Successful track record in hiring for complex/rare roles.
  • Strong team management and employee development skills.
  • Deep knowledge of modern recruitment and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, HR analytics).
  • Experience working with HR metrics and preparing management reports.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with top management.
  • English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Russian fluent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT, consulting, iGaming, MarTech, or startups.
  • Knowledge of international recruitment and relocation processes.
