Head of Affiliates
to scale their program and shape the future of player acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and executing a high-impact affiliate strategy that delivers measurable growth.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing affiliate partners who bring in quality players.
  • Optimizing performance with a sharp eye on ROI, player value, and scalability.
  • Leading a team of affiliate managers—setting ambitious KPIs and empowering their success.
  • Staying ahead of industry shifts and experimenting with fresh acquisition models and tools.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years' marketing leadership
    with at least
    5 years in affiliate marketing
    —ideally in iGaming.
  • A proven track record of
    scaling affiliate programs
    that deliver results.
  • Strong commercial instincts, analytical skills, and negotiation expertise.
  • A natural leader who builds high-performing teams and long-term relationships.
  • Fluent English (extra languages are always welcome).
