Senior Consultant, Financial Advisory

Our Financial Advisory department works with a diverse client base, from dynamic start-ups to well-established businesses. We offer a range of services designed to guide our clients through their most important financial decisions.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Deal and Transaction Support
  : We provide financial due diligence to help clients navigate mergers, acquisitions, and other significant transactions.
• Valuations
  : Whether for strategic decision-making or compliance, we deliver precise and reliable business valuations.
• Business Plans:
  From vision to execution, we help clients develop robust plans that drive success.
• Financial Modelling:
  Developing robust models for decision-making.
• Internal Audit:
  Helping clients strengthen their processes and controls.

Your key Responsibilities include:

• Take ownership of significant and complex areas within our client engagements.
• Draft reports, memos, proposals, and other deliverables tailored to client needs.
• Develop and refine Excel-based financial models and other analytical workings.
• Analyze financial and other critical data, identifying key issues and communicating them effectively to senior management and/or clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of client engagements.
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, continuously building your expertise.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes for Success

• A qualification (or near completion) in CFA, ACA, or ACCA.
• Prior experience in deals, transactions advisory.
• A strong academic background.
• Advanced proficiency excel.
• Excellent professional writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
• The ability to manage deadlines effectively and thrive under pressure.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a financial advisory or transaction-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify risk areas and escalate them to senior staff promptly.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools or programming languages, enhancing analytical capabilities.
• A positive, energetic attitude combined with a strong commitment to teamwork.
• A curious mindset with a drive for continuous learning and personal development.

Salary Range:

The salary range for those positions is 26K - 30K gross per year, depending on experience.
