Location: Cyprus
Salary Range: 2,500 3,000 depending on experience
Bonus & Incentives: Attractive, performance-based rewards to recognize your hard work
Additional Benefits: Rent support for 3 months (T&C apply)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate lasting relationships with our FX clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, with empathy and professionalism.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather valuable client insights and collaborate on improving our services and offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues to enhance the overall client experience.
What Were Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year working as a retention agent in the FX industry.
  • Language: Fluent in Portuguese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personality: Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
