Role Overview
EVEST is seeking an Affiliate Manager to drive the growth of our affiliate network and support our global marketing and sales goals. Based in Nicosia, this role involves identifying and on boarding new affiliates, managing ongoing relationships, and optimizing performance across multiple regions and channels. From outreach to performance analysis, the Affiliate Manager will play a key role in expanding our reach, increasing conversions, and ensuring that all affiliate activities align with the brand's values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively research, identify, and recruit new affiliate partners across targeted regions.
- Generate and nurture leads through multiple outreach channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates through consistent support and engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities based on affiliate feedback and market trends.
- Train and support affiliates to ensure brand alignment, regulatory compliance, and ethical marketing practices.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to optimize conversion rates and improve traffic quality.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, track KPIs, and forecast affiliate revenue opportunities based on data insights.
- Manage affiliate billing and payments on a weekly/monthly basis, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
- Negotiate commission structures that align with company profitability goals while motivating affiliates.
- Represent the company at industry events and affiliate conferences.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate sales management.
- In-depth understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and industry best practices.
- Experience in the forex or crypto industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, affiliate tracking software, and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with online tracking methods (e.g., cookie-based tracking, pixel tracking) is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and reporting performance.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
