Our product:
We are currently working on Total Battle - an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players.

Role:

We're expanding our international team and looking for a
Relocation Team Lead
who will help our specialists make their move to Cyprus smooth, comfortable, and inspiring.

Tasks to be solved:

  • Manage the full relocation process — from visas and flights to accommodation and adaptation.
  • Develop and improve relocation processes and company policies.
  • Work with external partners and government authorities, ensuring high quality of service.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to make every relocation seamless.
  • Manage the relocation budget and suggest ways to optimize costs.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has
    5+ years of experience
    in employee relocation or global mobility.
  • Has completed higher education in Administrative, Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Understands the specifics of visa and immigration procedures in Cyprus.
  • Knows how to build structured processes and document company policies.
  • Has experience working with external providers and vendors.
  • Hight English
    level (Greek would be an advantage).
  • Ability to manage a small team, control operational processes, and communicate with leadership to drive improvements and implement changes.
  • Possesses strong
    communication and organizational skills
    , attention to detail, and empathy.
  • Is proactive, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
