About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented KYC Agent to join our KYC team. You'll be responsible for verifying customer identities, reviewing documentation, and ensuring we meet regulatory standards for KYC and AML compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify customer identity documents (ID, proof of address, etc.)
  • Perform KYC checks during onboarding and periodic reviews
  • Identify and escalate suspicious or high-risk activity
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records
  • Communicate with customers to request additional documentation when needed
  • Stay current with KYC/AML regulations and internal policies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in KYC, AML, or Compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations, risk assessment, and customer due diligence procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and responsibly.
