About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated
Compliance Officer
to join our team in Cyprus and support the daily compliance and back-office operations of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to grow within a regulated financial environment.

The successful candidate will assist with client onboarding checks, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and regulatory reporting duties, including filings for the
Seychelles regulator
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    KYC/KYB checks
    on new clients, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies and regulations.
  • Perform
    risk categorization and assessment
    of clients based on their profile and activity.
  • Review
    Source of Funds (SOF)
    and
    Proof of Funds (POF)
    documentation when required.
  • Monitor client activity for suspicious patterns and escalate cases appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting
    regulatory reports
    , including reports for the Seychelles jurisdiction.
  • Support the Compliance Department in daily tasks, audits, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate closely with Back Office and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance workflows.
  • Stay informed on regulatory updates and assist with implementing policy changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Law, Business, Finance, or a related field
    (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in
    Compliance
    ,
    Back Office
    , or
    KYC roles
    is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC processes and documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Excellent command of
    English
    (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
