We are currently seeking a Junior User Acquisition Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to start a career in digital marketing and app growth.
About the Role
As a Junior User Acquisition Specialist, you will be the backbone of our UA team's creative execution. Reporting to the Senior UA Specialist, your primary focus will be on the technical implementation of campaigns, ensuring all advertising assets (banners, videos) are correctly uploaded, formatted, and launched across our various ad platforms and YouTube. This is an execution-heavy role that offers a foundational understanding of paid media operations.
Responsibilities
- Creative Asset Management: Upload and organize image banners and video creatives into various ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Criteo, Meta) and our content libraries.
- Ad Account Execution: Assist Senior Specialists with the basic setup and launch of campaigns, including selecting creatives, defining ad placements, and ensuring proper tracking links are used.
- YouTube Management: Manage the organized upload, tagging, and publishing of video advertisements to our YouTube channel, ensuring all videos adhere to platform best practices.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Perform rigorous checks on new campaigns and creatives before and after launch to ensure accuracy in targeting, link functionality, and asset display.
- Campaign Monitoring: Support the team by checking live campaigns daily for basic issues, flagging discrepancies, or potential technical errors.
Requirements
- Experience Level: Entry-level position; familiarity with the basic online ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Technical Aptitude: Must be comfortable learning and navigating new software and advertising interfaces (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, Criteo Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Studio).
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is non-negotiable, especially when handling creative uploads and data entry.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple creative assets and deadlines.
- Proactive Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Communication: Comfortable communicating issues and progress clearly and promptly.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (other languages are a plus).
