The role

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in social media or marketing agency experience, who are eager to transition into a corporate setting and benefit from the structured career development opportunities it offers. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your digital marketing skills, within a supportive environment that values innovation and creativity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our digital channels, combining social media and website management to deliver engaging content and innovative digital strategies, both for our corporate and employer brand. Key responsibilities of the position include:

• Creating and curating compelling content (photos, videos) using simple tools like Canva
• Drafting engaging copy and captions aligned with our brand voice
• Managing social media calendars, scheduling posts and optimising community management through our easy-to-use social media management platform
• Running and optimising LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Monitoring social media trends to propose fresh, innovative ideas, and conducting research on sector-relevant topics to keep our digital presence ahead of the curve
• Managing website content within our software environment (leveraging ready-to-use templates without the need for coding)
• Applying basic SEO principles to website content
• Analysing performance metrics across all digital platforms
• Working closely with other team members and teams across the firm to ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all channels

Requirements

• Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable university in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or any other related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or similar environment, with a focus on social media or digital marketing
• Creative mindset that enjoys crafting engaging digital content
• Understanding of the dynamics of social media platforms, including how algorithms influence content reach and engagement
• Analytical mindset, with a passion for using data to optimise campaigns and content
• Strong communication and copywriting skills, in both English and Greek
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and eagerness to contribute ideas
• Adaptable, curious, and keen to stay ahead of digital marketing trends
• Experience with tools for digital content creation, content management systems, social media scheduling platforms, or digital analytics software will be considered as an advantage
• Time management and organisation skills
