Our team is expanding and we are seeking for a Digital Marketing Manager to bring their expertise into our team for a full-time position at our Nicosia office.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies including performance marketing, social media management, and website strategy for diverse clients.
  • Manage digital campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution to optimisation and reporting.
  • Oversee and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, META and other digital platforms.
  • Manage and grow clients' social media presence, ensuring consistent branding, engagement and content performance.
  • Collaborate and lead website projects, working alongside our expert web developers and UI/UX designers, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Analyse performance data, generate actionable insights and create reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content and tech teams to ensure integrated and impactful campaign delivery.
  • Manage client relationships and act as their main point of contact, ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and web technologies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Experience Required

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing role.
  • BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, META Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Experience in social media strategy and community management.
  • Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) and basic understanding of UX/SEO principles.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
  • A creative thinker who can combine strategy with execution.
