Daily challenges and tasks

Key knowledge and skills

  • Research and testing of new traffic sources and verticals.
  • Development and execution of monthly digital plans.
  • Designing motivation systems in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Preparation and maintenance of reporting.
  • Communication with traffic sources (improving conditions, implementing best practices, managing rebates).
  • Collaboration with product, compliance, and other related departments.
  • Proven experience in managing media buying/other teams; operation management.
  • Deep expertise in at least two buying sources (Meta, TikTok, Native).
  • English level — B2 or higher.
  • Nice to have: experience with search arbitrage and lead generation verticals.
