Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Junior Accountant (or Finance Specialist, as you'd be known as internally)
in our Accounts Payable team office to assist in the day-to-day processing of finance-related tasks. We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual with knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and strong organizational skills.

Reports to

Head of Accounts Payable. Other key stakeholders include the Head of Source to Pay.

Work mode

  • Hybrid - 3 days of work from the office, 2 days from home
  • This role is not eligible for relocation or immigration support

What will you do?

  • Preparation of templates for
    General Ledger
    postings
  • Process invoices for the Group's companies in our ERP System
  • Process of Bank transactions in our ERP system
  • Perform Vendor
    reconciliation
  • Arrange saving of documents, keeping the
    information up to date
  • Liaise with colleagues
    in different locations to request any additional information
  • Participate in any other
    ad-hoc projects
    that the Head of Accounts Payables might need assistance with

What are we looking for?

  • LCCI Higher
    in Accounting or equivalent
  • 2-3 years
    of work experience in a similar position
  • Fluent spoken and written
    English
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
  • Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
    with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a
    team
  • Ability to
    multi-task
    , prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication
    skills

    SAP
