Sales Specialist – Forex | iGaming | PSP | E-Commerce

Scope and General Purpose

We are seeking a
Sales Specialist
to join our dynamic team at Wirewallet, a fintech company and proud member of the G&P Group of Companies based in Larnaca, Cyprus.

In this role, you will drive commercial growth across multiple fast-paced industries — Forex, iGaming, PSPs, and E-Commerce — by engaging global merchants and business partners, delivering innovative Payments and IBAN solutions that help them scale securely and efficiently across borders.

As part of Wirewallet's expanding fintech ecosystem, you'll work with an ambitious team, building long-term partnerships and helping clients optimize their global payment operations with security, speed, and compliance.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and onboard high-potential clients within the Forex, iGaming, PSP, and E-Commerce sectors.
  • Promote Wirewallet's Payments and IBAN solutions to support seamless cross-border operations.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to create tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each industry.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closing, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct continuous market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities across target industries.
  • Represent Wirewallet at industry events, expos, and trade shows to strengthen brand visibility and generate new business leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and superior client experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, Forex, iGaming, or E-Commerce sales.
  • Strong understanding of merchant payments, cross-border transactions, FX, and settlement processes.
  • Established network of merchants, brokers, PSPs, or payment gateways is highly preferred.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
