We are looking for a VIP Sportsbook Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken;
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Sports Book;
  • Proactive person with good support / sales skills;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Being able to search and find for solutions of customers' issues;
  • Able to analyse customers' behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
  • Monitor customers' performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
  • Ensure that products' compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
  • Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage;
  • Hours must be worked during shift business hours.
