Purpose of Role/Summary:
The Product Strategy Officer is responsible for ideating, shaping, and driving new feature concepts and unique selling points (USPs) that enhance client acquisition and retention. This role sits at the forefront of the innovation process, acting as a business driver who blends market insight, client needs, and creative thinking to develop impactful product initiatives.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Lead ideation and concept development for new client-facing features on the client portal and mobile app
- Collaborate with Product Architects and Business Analysts to validate feasibility and business value
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis to identify unique differentiators
- Work cross-functionally with Product Owners, UX/UI, Marketing, and Tech to ensure concepts are executable and aligned with the product roadmap
- Create high-level feature briefs and strategic value propositions for proposed initiatives
- Define KPIs tied to feature performance, such as FTD growth, engagement, and deposit frequency
- Participate in workshops, product councils, and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation
- And any other duties required by the role
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years in product strategy, business development, or innovation in a digital product environment (ideally fintech or trading)
- Strong understanding of user-centric design and product-market fit
- English Proficiency (Essential)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and agile environments
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate ideas into business outcomes
