ENGINO is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to establish and grow the company's marketing function from the ground up. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can initially coordinate with external specialists while gradually building and leading an in-house marketing team. The mission is to strengthen ENGINO's brand globally across its three core pillars — Toys, EdTech, and Franchise — while also driving eCommerce growth and leading customer acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities


• Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with Engino's vision and growth goals


• Build and manage brand identity across Toys, EdTech, and Franchise pillars


• Drive eCommerce growth through Amazon, Engino eShop, and international online marketplaces


• Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, content, social media, influencer partnerships)


• Coordinate and manage external specialists and agencies in the initial phase (designers, digital marketers, PR)


• Plan and execute launch campaigns, events, and international exhibitions in collaboration with Sales and R&D


• Recruit, train, and develop an internal marketing team as the company scales


• Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to track marketing ROI


• Work closely with Sales to support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives

Requirements


• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field


• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer products, education, or eCommerce


• Hands-on skills in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution


• Strong project management and organizational abilities


• Creative mindset with strong communication skills in English and Greek


• Ability to work independently and take initiative in building new structures


• Experience in managing agencies or freelancers will be considered an advantage
