Our client is an iGaming company. They are now seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to oversee all marketing operations, with a specific focus on unregulated markets.

This is a senior, hands-on role that requires deep knowledge of performance marketing, acquisition channels, and market-specific strategies to drive growth in competitive, fast-moving territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all digital marketing activities across casino and sportsbook brands operating in unregulated markets.

Plan, execute, and monitor performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels (affiliate, paid media, SEO, influencer, social, etc.).

Develop and implement market entry and player acquisition strategies tailored to local conditions and compliance nuances.

Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals align with product, operations, and commercial objectives.

Continuously analyse campaign data and identify actionable insights to optimise ROI, conversion, and retention.

Oversee and mentor a team covering Creative, Performance, and Data Analytics functions.

Stay ahead of trends, tools, and channels relevant to unregulated iGaming environments, adapting strategies to maximise reach and compliance.

Requirements:

Proven track record managing marketing operations in Europe, LATAM, Asia, or CIS.

Previous experience as a Head of Marketing / Marketing Director or senior-level marketing role within an operator or affiliate network.

Strong understanding of digital acquisition, affiliate marketing, paid media, and influencer strategies.

Skilled in campaign optimisation, budget allocation, and performance analysis.

Confident leader capable of managing and motivating cross-functional teams.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven approach to growth marketing.
