About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Counsel (Middle-Senior level) to join our growing legal team. The role offers diverse and dynamic legal challenges across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and maintain a variety of legal documents, including standard agreements, Terms & Conditions, NDAs, and internal legal templates.
  • Providing of full legal support for marketing and advertising activities, partners programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and advertising regulations, particularly in the iGaming sector.
  • Conduct legal research and regularly monitor changes in advertising, data protection, and commercial regulations across different GEOs.
  • Support internal teams on a wide range of legal matters, contributing to cross-functional projects and business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or/and Master's degree in Law.
  • 2–3 years of legal experience (either in-house or at a law firm), preferably in IT, digital marketing, or iGaming.
  • Sound understanding of contract law and commercial arrangements.
  • Strong legal drafting skills in both English and Russian.
  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not mandatory):

  • Experience working with influencers, sponsorship agreements, or ambassador contracts.
  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Experience participating in negotiations and the ability to articulate and defend legal positions clearly and confidently.
