Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Premium Customer Success Officer to join our team who will be responsible for working closely with clients by maintaining a nice and steady relationship with them. The right candidate must have a great understanding of the flow of data around the financial markets, experience, and proven track record of successful technical and fundamental analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with existing clients, offer them the best solution services.
- Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied as well as gaining and using feedback.
- Researching industry trends.
- Giving presentations to clients about products or services.
- Resolving and answering any questions asked by the client, if able to help or escalate it to the relevant department.
- Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients.
- Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business, or any other relevant field
- At least two years of experience in a Client Relationship, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support role within the Forex industry
- Excellent command of the German and English language. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
- Good understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
- Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Being familiar with our at least main events / parameters of events / profile parameters
- Self-motivated and high achiever
- Excellent communication and time management skills
