The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our dynamic and multicultural team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients to ensure satisfaction, enhance loyalty, and reduce churn. You will play a key part in understanding customer needs, providing effective solutions, and driving long-term engagement with our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Execute effective retention strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience
  • Use data insights to personalize retention approaches and improve performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the client journey
  • Track key retention metrics and report performance results
  • Stay updated on company products and market developments
  • Drive engagement, exceed targets, and celebrate success

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success or Retention Agent in a CFD or Forex brokerage (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and accurately
  • Proficient in CRM systems and other business tools
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to diverse client needs
  • Familiarity with the African market is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in English; French or other languages are a plus
  • Results-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
