We deliver operational expertise through IT infrastructure support, staff assistance, project planning, and KPI monitoring to boost efficiency and growth. Our financial consultancy includes bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, invoice review, cash flow analysis, tax support, budget preparation, and reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and compliance. Additionally, we provide back-office support for service providers, including administrative assistance, payroll processing, document management, and specialized management training to strengthen decision-making and optimize performance.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Junior Back Office Associate
to join our team. This role involves managing administrative processes, supporting financial transactions, ensuring compliance checks, and maintaining smooth coordination with other departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and eager to grow in an operational and compliance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify data accurately in the
    CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Handle
    bank transaction deposits with TISS
    and ensure timely updates in records
  • Conduct
    KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification
    and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform
    Adverse Media Screening checks
    to identify potential risks
  • Support the preparation and updating of reports, files, and documentation
  • Communicate with other departments to identify and correct CRM transaction discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
  • Assist with compliance checks and other administrative procedures
  • Perform general back-office support tasks as required

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with
    CRM software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn
  • Previous experience with
    CRM systems, TISS transactions, KYC processes, or compliance checks
    is an advantage, but not mandatory
