Banking and PSP Legal Administrator
to join our team.
The Banking and PSP Legal Admin and help us with the administrative side of managing our relationships with banks and payment service providers (PSPs). In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all documentation related to onboarding of our global banking and PSP partners
Your role at HFM:
- Documentation Management: Take the lead on organizing and maintaining all legal and contractual documentation for our banking and PSP partnerships. You'll ensure every document is filed correctly and is easy to access.
- Onboarding and Due Diligence: Coordinate and manage the collection and verification of all Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence documents for new and existing banks and PSPs.
- Administrative Support: Work closely with relevant teams to prepare and organize the necessary paperwork for all banking and PSP relationships.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Handle the administrative process for all contract amendments, renewals, and terminations. You'll make sure all new documents are properly signed and filed.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for legal and contractual matters between the company and our banking/PSP internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a fiduciary, financial, or similar administrative role is essential. You should be comfortable handling sensitive and confidential documentation.
- Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills are a must. You need to be meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Education: While a bachelor's degree is not required for this position, it will be considered an advantage. We value practical experience and a strong work ethic.
