Peanuds is modernising corporate banking with a modular, multi-account platform that powers SEPA transfers, multi-currency wallets, card management, and deep analytics through a single login. Our next milestones include expanding these capabilities to retail customers and adding digital asset services.

To enable this growth, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in all operational and administrative matters. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and strategic follow-up on critical initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and organise meetings across time zones
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Support with basic accounting tasks
    , expense tracking, and invoice management
  • Prepare professional presentations
    , documents, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct research and compile background information to support decision-making
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners
    to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Maintain and improve organisational workflows and digital filing systems
  • Assist in project management and monitor deadlines for key initiatives
  • Manage travel arrangements, event coordination
    , and logistics as needed
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

  • Several years of
    experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
    English (fluent) and
    German
    (fluent)
  • High level of proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Slack, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of
    accounting processes
    and financial documentation
  • Experience in
    fintech
    , banking, or a fast-paced tech/startup environment is a strong advantage
  • Independent, proactive, and resourceful working style with attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability
