What You'll Drive
  • Oversee the entire Routing and Monitoring Department, managing performance, reliability, and optimization of payment channels
  • Lead and mentor a team of 15+ professionals, fostering operational agility and technical precision
  • Analyze real-time financial data to identify bottlenecks, improving conversion rates and uptime across global connections
  • Manage critical payment incidents, organizing effective recovery actions to minimize service disruption
  • Spearhead the automation of monitoring workflows and reporting using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Grafana
  • Optimize payment connection structures (cascades) based on rigorous technological and risk criteria


Who You Are
  • You bring 3+ years of leadership experience within FinTech, iGaming, Forex, or Trading sectors.
  • You have a proven track record of managing teams of 15+ people effectively.
  • You possess deep technical knowledge of international payment systems, APMs, and crypto brokers.
  • You are proficient in data analysis and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and technical monitoring (Grafana).
  • You are capable of balancing commercial goals with technological risks in a high-pressure environment.
  • You speak English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
How You'll Work

You will lead the Routing and Monitoring Department, collaborating closely with tech teams to refine integration, testing, and monitoring workflows. You operate with significant autonomy to restructure cascades and implement process automation, ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with business goals.
