, we are seeking a
Junior Compliance Officer
with a strong legal background. The successful candidate will join a growing compliance team and play a key role in ensuring the company's operations align with global regulatory requirements and internal policies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with a legal foundation who is eager to build a long-term career in compliance and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the compliance team in monitoring adherence to applicable financial regulations.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures.
  • Carry out KYC and AML checks on new and existing clients, ensuring proper due diligence.
  • Help prepare and maintain records for regulatory reporting and audits.
  • Monitor business practices to identify and escalate potential compliance risks.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and assist in assessing their impact on company operations.
  • Provide support in internal compliance training and awareness initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments (legal, operations, risk) to maintain strong compliance practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Law
    (required).
  • 1 year of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles, ideally within the FX, fintech, or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with AML, KYC, data protection, and financial regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to develop expertise in compliance.
  • Fluency in English (other languages an advantage).
