At the core of GLB's operations is a multi-asset dealing desk of 18 professionals managing execution flow, exposure, and revenue protection across global markets. As we expand, we're seeking both Junior and Senior Dealers to strengthen our team and enhance our trade control and risk infrastructure.

Role Overview

Dealers at GLB play a key role in maintaining execution quality, managing exposure, and optimising risk-adjusted returns across multiple asset classes including FX, indices, commodities, and crypto.

You'll be part of a collaborative and high-performance environment that balances execution precision, analytical insight, and strategic control. Junior Dealers will gain hands-on experience under senior mentorship, while Senior Dealers will take on greater responsibility in decision-making, supervision, and strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities (All Levels):

• Monitor live trade flow, exposure, and client positions across all asset classes.
• Ensure accurate execution and optimal routing via connected bridges and liquidity providers.
• Identify, report, and mitigate toxic flow (scalping, arbitrage, EA abuse, etc.).
• Conduct daily exposure and P&L analysis, flagging material risks or anomalies.
• Collaborate closely with liquidity, platform, and tech teams to ensure smooth trade operations.
• Contribute to continuous optimisation of dealing logic, pricing, and execution quality.
• Support in trade dispute resolution and exposure reporting.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Dealers):

• Lead the execution and supervision of hybrid A/B-book strategies.
• Manage and mentor junior dealers, ensuring procedural and analytical consistency.
• Design and refine internal pricing models and routing logic to maximise yield.
• Oversee risk thresholds, margin monitoring, and book-level exposure decisions.
• Liaise directly with liquidity providers, prime brokers, and bridge partners.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management on dealing strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

For Junior Dealers (1–3 years):

• Experience within a brokerage, prop firm, or liquidity/bridge environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen interest in markets.
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 and common bridge systems (PrimeXM, Centroid, oneZero, YourBourse, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field preferred.

For Senior Dealers (5+ years):

• Proven track record managing risk books, exposure, and A/B-book logic.
• Deep understanding of liquidity management, LP relations, and execution optimisation.
• Strong technical familiarity with FIX API, bridge configuration, and market data flow.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and mentoring experience within a dealing or risk team.
• Advanced proficiency in exposure analysis, P&L management, and reporting.
