Join a High-Impact Finance Team in Media & Marketing

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Billing, Reconciliation & Bookkeeping Specialist to join our fast-paced finance team in the marketing and media industry. You will play a crucial role in managing accurate billing, end-to-end reconciliation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting—ensuring smooth financial operations across campaigns and client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing & Billing

· Issue accurate, timely invoices based on media plans and campaign performance

· Reconcile invoices with delivery and system data

Accounts Reconciliation & Bookkeeping

· Reconcile supplier and customer payments and track outstanding balances

· Monitor prepayments, credit notes, and overdue accounts

· Maintain general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation

· Balance supplier and customer records

· Ensure accurate bookkeeping across all transactions

Reporting & Financial Analysis

· Maintain detailed billing and transaction records

· Assist in preparing financial reports (cash flow, P&L, VAT, open balances)

· Compare budgets, actual billings, and payments

Stakeholder Communication

· Coordinate with media buyers, account managers, vendors, and treasury on billing and payment matters

· Resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external partners

Audit & Compliance

· Ensure all documents meet company policies and audit standards

· Manage contracts, insertion orders, and service agreements

Tools & Process Improvement

· Work with ERP tools

· Identify and recommend process improvements

· Support onboarding and training of new team members

Requirements

Must-Haves

· Bachelor's degree Finance, Economics, or related field or studying for ACCA

· 2+ years of experience in billing, bookkeeping, and accounts receivable/payable (preferably in media, marketing, or advertising)

· Proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems

· Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

· Fluent English (spoken and written)
