Summary

Our group of companies seeks to recruit a high calibre and motivated individual to join our accounting and finance team in our Nicosia headquarters.

Additional description

The ideal candidate will be primary involved in the accounting and admiration function of BR Hub Ltd but will also be trained to assist in the accounting and administration functions of other group companies when required.

Primary Responsibilities include:

· Daily processing of Z, with cash, Visa, Foody, Wolt reconciliations

· Daily processing of control reports from the POS system of the company

· Cash management and banking at regular intervals with minimum two times a week

· Daily posting of all accounting billings/utilities in company's accounting system

· Bank reconciliation process on a monthly basis

· Perform supplier reconciliation on a monthly basis and prepare the payment file for review.

· Responsible for the administration, filing and proper safekeeping of all documentation

· Daily processing of purchase invoices in the company's inventory management system

· Create new items in the inventory management system with supervisor approval.

· Daily processing of time attendance records of staff and comparison with the schedule

· Perform other administrative duties as instructed

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

· At least 3 years' experience as bookkeeper/accountant

· Fluency in Greek and English language

· Computer literacy, including good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, EXCEL etc)

· Good organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

· Ability to work effectively within a team, under pressure and within deadlines.
