Role Description

This is a full-time, ON-SITE role for a Foreign Exchange Dealer in Limassol, Cyprus, with early morning shifts to align with global market openings. No remote options available. Immediate start preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize deep knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms to execute FX trades, manage orders, and optimize brokerage operations.
  • Manage algorithmic trades, hedges, and positions; handle errors.
  • Handle reporting and accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, transaction logs, and performance summaries.
  • Monitor and check execution metrics such as slippage, latency, and fill rates to ensure optimal trading efficiency.
  • Apply past trading experience and futures knowledge to develop and implement strategies in volatile markets.
  • Manage high-pressure situations, maintaining composure while making quick decisions under stress.
  • Communicate with existing clients (updates, reports, advice).
  • Collaborate with devs on trading tools, APIs, and automation.
  • Collaborate in a dynamic team environment, demonstrating openness to innovative ideas and adaptability.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in MT4/MT5 gained from prior work at an FX brokerage (required).
  • Proven past trading experience, including hands-on FX and futures trading.
  • Strong skills in reporting, accounting, and mental accounting for precise financial tracking and decision-making.
  • Ability to handle pressure well in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • No ethical issues; must demonstrate integrity and a clean professional record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability for immediate start in a full-time, on-site position with early morning hours.
