At Advent Digital, we empower organizations to accelerate their transformation. We are now looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant to drive innovative projects and deliver measurable impact as part of our fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support digital transformation/delivery projects from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Apply agile methodologies and/or project management best practices to drive efficiency, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess current systems, identify gaps, and design innovative digital solutions.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technology and product roadmaps.
  • Contribute to change management, stakeholder engagement, and training to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and technologies
  • Analyze project data and performance metrics to optimize delivery and outcomes.
  • Support proposal preparation and bid development, including research, solution design, and drafting of technical/management sections.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Agile or Project Management expertise (Scrum, Prince2, PMP, or other certifications are a plus).
  • Familiarity with proposal writing, RFP responses, or tender processes (EU or non-EU).
  • Previous experience in EU-funded programs, digital initiatives, or product-focused projects.
  • Experience in analytics, data-driven decision making, or engineering (including low-code or BI tools) will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
