Responsibilities:

  • Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
  • Updating account payable and perform the relevant reconciliations;
  • Bank reconciliation posting;
  • Assisting with preparation of weekly and monthly Accounting/Finance reports;
  • Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders on work in progress at any time required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or any other relevant field is a must;
  • At least 2 year of experience in an Accounting/Finance department is a must;
  • Excel experience and knowledge will be considered as an advantage;
  • Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
