We are excited to advertise an incredible opportunity for Business Development Managers to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. The Business Development Manager will lead the expansion and operations of the respective markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the company's growth strategy, managing local partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving revenue growth in their region. 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development within a CFD, Forex, or financial trading environment.
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5) and brokerage operations.
  • Solid network of IBs, affiliates, or institutional clients in the region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan to expand the company's presence in the region, identifying new business opportunities and driving market penetration.
  • Building and managing a high-performing funnel, acquiring IBs, affiliates, and partners, and driving client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ensuring the company operates within the market's legal and regulatory framework, liaising with local authorities and maintaining necessary licensing requirements.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute localized marketing campaigns that align with the company's brand and attract traders.
  • Coordinating with global teams to streamline operations, including compliance, finance, IT, and customer service.
  • Analysing market trends, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing regular reports to senior management on business performance.
