Merchant Onboarding Manager
, you'll lead the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring merchants are verified, configured, and live quickly, all while meeting compliance and operational standards.

The Role

You'll coordinate across Sales, Compliance, Risk, and Technical teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. It's a process-focused, detail-oriented role that's central to merchant success and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead onboarding from documentation to live processing.
  • Review and validate KYC/KYB and due diligence checks.
  • Coordinate setup of MIDs, configurations, and integrations.
  • Track onboarding metrics and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Identify automation opportunities and support new market launches.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with merchants.

What You'll Need

  • 1–2 years of experience in merchant onboarding, compliance, or client operations.
  • Familiarity with payment flows and acquirer relationships.
  • Strong coordination and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with CRM/onboarding tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
