On behalf of our client, a fast-growing and innovative payments platform providing secure and seamless global payment solutions for businesses and individuals, we are looking for a
KYC & Onboarding Specialist
to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for verifying new
PSPs and merchants
, ensuring all KYC/KYB requirements are met, and managing the onboarding process end-to-end. The ideal candidate has solid experience in the
payments industry
, particularly with
payment service providers (PSPs)
and
merchant onboarding
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full KYC/KYB checks for new
    PSPs and merchants
    in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Review and verify corporate documentation, beneficial ownership, and source of funds.
  • Conduct risk assessments and escalate higher-risk cases when appropriate.
  • Communicate directly with PSPs and merchants to obtain or clarify required information.
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems.
  • Support ongoing due diligence and periodic reviews of existing clients.
  • Stay informed on AML/KYC regulations, payment industry trends, and best practices for PSP compliance.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience
    in KYC, onboarding, or compliance within a
    PSP, fintech, or financial institution
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    KYC/KYB processes, AML regulations, and risk assessment for PSPs and merchants
    .
  • Hands-on experience onboarding
    payment providers, processors, or merchant accounts
    .
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with compliance tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
