An HR specialist's job description includes recruiting, screening, and hiring new

employees, as well as managing benefits, compensation, and employee relations.

They are also responsible for creating and implementing HR policies, ensuring legal

compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records. Key duties involve

onboarding, training, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace

environment.

Responsibilities:

 Recruitment and hiring: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates;

coordinating hiring with managers; and handling onboarding processes.

 Employee relations: Addressing employee inquiries and concerns, mediating

disputes, and fostering a positive work environment.

 Compensation and benefits: Managing benefit programs, processing

payroll, and ensuring compensation packages are competitive.

 Policy and compliance: Developing and implementing company policies,

ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining

accurate employee records.

 Training and development: Identifying training needs and designing

professional development programs for employees.

 Performance management: Assisting with performance reviews and

providing guidance to managers and employees.

Key skills

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

 Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other digital tools

 Organizational and time management skills

 Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Benefits:

 Monthly gross salary: (€2.500 -€3.000), depending on qualifications

and experience.

 13 th salaries

 14th salary (83.33% of the regular salary)

 6% Pension Fund after completing one year with the company

 21 days of annual leave (including Easter, Christmas, and 3 weeks in

August when the company is closed)

 Work Monday – Friday (38 hours per week),

 Loyalty Card after completing 6 months

Annual gifts and events

 Participation in various exhibitions both within and outside Cyprus if

deemed necessary
