As a
Compliance Officer,
you'll make sure the company's rules follow the law and adhere to
CySEC
regulations and guidelines.

Note: the position puts primary focus on Cyprus based entities and EU regulations

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance of the organization with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Assist with the implementation of the Company's Compliance Monitoring Program
  • Develop, implement, and oversee policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensuring that the organization's policies and practices align with the data protection requirements
  • Contribute to various compliance activities to support the functions of the Compliance Department

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a compliance role
  • Experience with CySEC regulations is required
  • Previous experience in CBC will be considered as a high advantage
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Law
  • Understanding of financial markets
  • Able to work independently within a global and multi-cultural company.
  • Sound knowledge of laws, regulations, and directives
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
