On behalf of our client in the FX industry, we are looking for a
Compliance Officer
to join their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Draft and implement the annual compliance program
  • Assist with reporting obligations in multiple jurisdictions
  • provide daily compliance support to other departments
  • Provide training and assistance to the relevant departments
  • Prepare and maintain the accuracy of compliance records and registries
  • Review websites, marketing, advertising material and publications advising on amendments needed
  • Knowledgeable in Call Monitoring
  • Support the team and relevant departments on ad hoc requests and advise on legal and regulatory amendments in multiple jurisdictions

Requirements:

  • University degree in Law, Accountancy or related fields
  • 2 years Compliance experience within a Cyprus-regulated investment firm
  • Good knowledge of financial services, ideally in multiple jurisdictions
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Holder of CySEC Advance and or AML Certificates will be considered as an advantage
