As a Customer Support Ninja, you'll be part of our elite frontline squad, trained to handle high-stakes interactions with stealth, empathy, and lightning-fast problem-solving.

This isn't just a support role—it's a dojo for growth, collaboration, and impact. You'll work across departments, sharpen your skills, and help shape the future of iGaming excellence.

Your Ninja Duties

  • Deflect escalated issues with grace and resolve them like a true sensei
  • Collaborate with internal guilds (Product, Risk, Compliance) to neutralize complex challenges
  • Deliver legendary service via phone, email, and live chat—every interaction counts
  • Decode client inquiries swiftly and accurately, even under pressure
  • Maintain detailed logs in our CRM scrolls (no detail escapes your eye)
  • Guide new recruits through account setup and KYC rituals
  • Share wisdom on promotions, updates, and platform features
  • Uphold the RevNinja code of honor in every interaction
  • Craft support scrolls and SOPs to boost team agility
  • Spot patterns, report anomalies, and suggest tactical improvements
  • Be the voice of the player—bring frontline insights to the strategy table

Skills of the Shadow

  • 1+ years in customer service (Live Chat & Email mastery preferred)
  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or financial services is a plus
  • Calm under fire—your decision-making is sharp and swift
  • Detail-oriented, especially with numbers and data
  • Fluent in English, German, Polish, French, or Dutch (written & spoken)
  • Passionate about player happiness and team development
  • A natural leader who inspires, mentors, and holds the line
  • Flexible and reliable—ready to rotate through shifts like a true nightwatch ninja
