Our client, a CySEC regulated CFD Investment Firm in Limassol is looking to recruit a
Compliance Assistant/Deputy Communications Monitoring Officer.

Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing and updating the Company's internal policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements;

Remain up to date with new legislation and regulation updates relevant to the Company's operations;

Assess and evaluate the performance of the call monitoring officers, ensuring quality assurance standards are met and regulatory expectations are adhered to;

Identify and report any breaches of the Company's internal procedures and relevant regulations to ensure ongoing compliance at all levels;

Conduct ongoing monitoring of communication activities (including recorded calls, emails, and chats) between employees and clients to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations;

Support the Compliance Department in the daily execution of compliance and AML-related tasks across all relevant business functions tasks;

Maintain and update compliance registers (e.g., complaints, conflicts of interest, marketing approvals) in an accurate and timely manner;

Reviewing, approving, and monitoring marketing communication and materials for compliance with regulations;

Assist with the preparation of required periodic reports to the Regulator (CySEC);

Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance across operational areas and contribute to a strong compliance culture within the Company;

Undertake additional compliance-related tasks or projects as assigned by the Head of Compliance;

Requirements:

Degree in Compliance, BA, Finance or any other related field;

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Compliance role within the Forex/Financial Services industry;

CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must;

CySEC AML Certificate is a plus;

Fluency in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage;

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;

Attention to detail;

Excellent organizational and communication skills;

Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative;

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment;

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;

Strong commitment to professional excellence;

Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivation and Team player;

Positive can-do attitude, highly committed personality with initiative and the ability to commence and conclude issues from start to finish;

Located in Limassol.

The working hours are 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday, public holidays and weekends off. 22 days paid annual leave. This is an onsite position.
