Your Mission

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payments & Risk Operations Specialist to take ownership of all

payment-related processes across our B2B operations. This role will be responsible for managing global payment provider

relationships (including crypto solutions), ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of client transactions, and overseeing

risk and fraud monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding, integrations, and relationships with global payment providers (banking, card, alternative, and crypto).
  • Monitor daily B2B payment flows and reconcile transactions across various platforms.
  • Liaise with clients on payment queries and ensure smooth processing of inbound/outbound payments.
  • Oversee fraud detection tools and implement risk-based transaction reviews.
  • Work closely with Compliance to ensure adherence to AML and regulatory guidelines.
  • Track key performance metrics such as payment success rates, chargebacks, and fraud trends.
  • Assist in optimizing payment routing and resolving payment failures.
  • Provide reporting and insights to internal teams and management.
  • Collaborate with tech/product teams to ensure reliable and secure payment systems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in payments operations, finance, or risk management (iGaming, fintech, or similar industries preferred).
  • Strong understanding of international payment systems and providers, including crypto.
  • Experience with reconciliation processes and transaction tracking.
  • Familiarity with AML, fraud detection, and KYC/KYB best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with payment dashboards, back offices, and transaction data exports

  • High level of self-responsibility and initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluent English and proficiency with messaging tools (e.g., Teams).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, balancing technical and soft skills to contribute to team success.
