TrioMarkets is expanding its international footprint and is looking for an experienced
Business Development Executive
to join our growing team.

About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven B2B professional with strong communication and negotiation skills to help us grow our global network of
Introducing Brokers (IBs)
,
trading educators
, and
affiliate partners
. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and understands the online trading industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners.
  • Build long-term relationships with trading schools, academies, and financial communities.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures.
  • Manage ongoing communication and performance of partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize partner performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in
    B2B sales
    , preferably in
    Forex, CFD, or financial services
    .
  • Excellent command of
    English
    (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of the trading ecosystem and partner models (IB, affiliate, educator).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Based in
    Cyprus
    or open to
    remote work
    .
