We are seeking to recruit a Trading & Reporting Specialist to join K. Treppides & Co Ltd.

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to kick-start your career in compliance? We are seeking a dynamic Trading & Reporting Specialist to be an integral part of our esteemed International Compliance and Advisory Department (iCAS).

What we are looking for:

Entry Requirements:

• BSc in a relevant filed (e.g., Economics, Finance, Business Administration etc.)
• Proficiency in trading platforms (e.g. MT4, MT5) and specialized financial software;
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience (e.g., dealing department of investment firms, EMIR and Transaction Reporting)
• Fluent in English and Greek language;

Special Considerations (to be considered as an advantage):

• MSc in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Law etc.)
• CySEC Certifications such (i.e., Basic, Advanced or AML Examination)

What you should expect:

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and provide consultancy support to relevant regulated entities (e.g., Investment Firms, Funds and Fund Managers, Crypto Providers, Gaming Licensees etc.)
• Supervise in the compliance and internal audit assignments of firms related to trading and reporting (e.g. EMIR, MiFIR, Best Execution etc.), including the conducting of policies and procedures review, preparation and/or review of monitoring programmes, assessment of controls and conducting of corresponding audits, health check audits etc.
• Communicate with relevant regulatory authorities (e.g., CySEC, FCA, MGA, MFSA, FSC etc.)
• Communicate and/or coordinate with control functions (e.g., Compliance Officer, Internal Audit and Risk Management)
• Ensure that operational procedures comply with industry practices, internal procedures and regulations
• Undertake trainings and seminars both internally and externally

Your Role:

• Close interaction with clients (e.g. e-meetings, meetings, emails, calls etc.)
• Conducting of research and development on an ongoing basis
• Performance of desk based reviews and verification checks / assessments
• Preparation of regulatory materials (e.g. memos, presentations, publications etc.)
